Slake Software Solutions is a management consulting firm specializing in the supply chain, is searching for an Associate Management Consultant as it transitions to a challenging period of growth and expansion.  The position will be based in the firm’s Montvale, New Jersey office.
The associate will assist in the performance of consulting assignments to include gathering and analyzing data, participating in the development of recommendations, and in the preparation and presentation of findings and recommendations to clients.
Typical projects include:
·         Network designs (optimizing the number, location and service areas for manufacturing plants and distribution centers) using      proprietary modeling tools
·         Plant and warehouse operating designs and improvements
·         Transportation cost reduction strategies and rate negotiations
·         Process improvements and systems specifications
·         Inventory forecasting and planning improvements
·         Productivity measurement and work standards
·         Sourcing and procurement improvements
·         Profitability assessments
